Watch what you say and think…
it’s hard to stay positive in negative situations but you have to…

make a conscious effort, and you’ll have to keep doing that because there’s so much negativity in the world that flows around us but you have to keep standing, keep focusing on the good and positive and ultimately (eventually) you’ll reap the rewards or start to see and acknowledge more good than bad.

Do NOT put out there stuff you don’t want to happen.
Speak and think in the positive…

In Psalm 141:3 in the Bible it says “Set a guard over my mouth, LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.”
Others believe that whatever you put out in the universe comes back to you.

So, no matter what your personal beliefs, religious thoughts are…

Don’t speak on something in a negative or expect something bad to happen because once you put it out there, it’ll find a way to happen.
(ie: I know I’m going to get sick, I’m going to fail this test, I’m going to lose)

Instead confess that you’re healing/feeling fine/getting better, you’re going to ace the test, you’re going to succeed, you’re going to win…

get the idea?!

If you feel a negative thought come, tell it to get lost, get out of your mind, and focus on something positive.

Watch your words, watch your thoughts and your life will improve!
